Papaya is the most exported fruit from Brazil by air, with an average of 200 pallets a day from across the country. There are some varieties and types such as the formosa which weighs more than 2kg and the smaller one better known as papaya which is sold between 400g and 600g. Brazil is the second largest producer behind India.
